What is concierge medicine?
Concierge medicine is a membership-based model of care. Patients get direct, 24/7 access to their personal physician, same- or next-day appointments, and longer, unhurried visits. Because each Dedication Health physician cares for a smaller panel of patients, your doctor has time to focus on prevention and personalized care.
How can I reach my doctor after hours?
Membership includes 24/7 access to your personal physician. You can reach your doctor directly by phone for urgent needs, and telemedicine visits are available so you can connect with your physician by video from home, work, or while traveling.
Do you offer same-day or next-day appointments?
Yes. Dedication Health keeps each physician’s patient panel small specifically so members can get same-day or next-day appointments when they need them, with longer visit times and minimal waiting.
Do you have on-site lab and imaging?
Yes. Both the Winnetka and Northfield offices include an on-site, COLA-accredited clinical laboratory and ACR-accredited radiology (X-ray and CT). Most bloodwork and imaging can be completed during your visit, so you get faster results without a separate trip.
Where are Dedication Health’s offices located?
Dedication Health has two North Shore locations: 710 Oak Street in Winnetka, Illinois, and 330 W Frontage Road in Northfield, Illinois. Both offices offer concierge primary care along with on-site lab and imaging services.
